AHEAD has achieved the ServiceNow ITBM Product Line Accreditation—one of only 20 ServiceNow partners worldwide to receive the credential.
The distinguished accreditation is accessible only to organizations which attain a series of ServiceNow certifications, successfully perform three ServiceNow ITBM deployments, and receive and maintain an average Customer Satisfaction score of 4.0 (out of 5.0) or higher on a rolling 12-month basis.
With ServiceNow’s ITBM product suite, AHEAD helps enterprises operate IT like a business by aligning their portfolio investments across their organization, adding rigor and consistency in investment decisions, and providing visibility and oversight into how resources are being utilized.
