With more than 130,000 protected vehicles a year, Hagerty Insurance is constantly working to improve products and customer service. It’s imperative that they are available to engage with their clients at any given moment, which means they must be technologically efficient.
Hagerty had an interest in modernizing their end-user computing environment using VMware Horizon View as the virtual desktop solution. Recently, Hagerty had been experiencing performance issues with their existing Horizon deployment, which required a redesign for an upgraded Horizon environment.
The desired solution had to meet the requirements for Hagerty’s use cases including call center, work from home, and corporate users. To accomplish this initiative, Hagerty collaborated with the experienced AHEAD team for both the design and deployment of the updated service offering.
