Close Collaboration with AppDynamics
Heartland is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences across its 11 community banks and 120 banking centers. It was critical for Heartland’s IT to support improved performance for systems that touched the company’s “partners” (how Heartland refers to their customers.) In support of that goal, AHEAD and AppDynamics teamed on monitoring network locations and the performance of core services, optimize workloads for the call center, and identify processes where the firm could reduce manual teller interactions.
Improved productivity, plus branch improvement in minimizing dollars left on unfinished or cancelled applications.
