The ServiceNow Services Partner Program recognizes partners based on their experience, expertise, competencies and specializations. The program is comprised of four tiers – registered, bronze, silver and gold. Membership is granted based on a thorough approval process, with requirements becoming more rigorous at higher tiers. To achieve Gold Services Partner status, AHEAD had to successfully deliver at least 30 ServiceNow implementations and maintain a minimum average customer satisfaction score of 8.4 on a scale of 0 to 10. As ServiceNow experts, AHEAD exceeded the number of certified employees needed for Gold Partner status, certifying a total of 35 administrators and 30 implementation specialists.
