State of Security Incident Response Infographic

In a recent survey at Black Hat 2017, conference attendees shared their thoughts on the state of security incident response. The survey findings revealed a continued reliance on emails and spreadsheets for prioritizing and resolving security threats. Siloed teams and systems were rated the #1 roadblock to automating security incident response.

While the basic steps are automated, the more complex ones like determining fixes and confirming actual threats continue to be manually intensive. It’s time for organizations to consider a new approach to security incident response–one that brings IT and security teams together through automated workflows to prioritize and resolve real threats fast.
